SAINT VICE – “Calling For Backup”
With good mood into the weekend. Saint Vice releases with "Calling For Backup" the second single.
Outside it’s cold and uncomfortable, but as soon as you turn up “Calling For Backup”, you forget the dull, wet and cold winter day. Now convertible and vacation feeling is declared!
Nick Reitmeier is the voice behind the pseudonym “Saint Vice”. At the age of 16, the Rosenheimer already wrote his first song and was from then on head over heels in love with music. For 10 years he went on tour with different bands. Among others, he played with “Young Chinese Dogs”, sang with Chuck Ragan (Hot Water Music) and supported artists like “Thees Uhlmann” and “The BossHoss”.
But one day it didn’t work anymore and Nick took 4 years off, put his guitar aside and didn’t touch it again, until in fall 2019 the fire was reignited after all.
``Suddenly there is a spark again``
The first single “Never Got Back” was the debut single. A song about a girl who never calls back. That was the start of many more songs and with the friends Tim Buchanan (drums), Phil Maze (guitar) and Elias Herb (bass) the first studio recordings for the album “Nighttime HWY” quickly followed.
